Your responsibilities
* Support key processes within Operational Risk Strategy, including the Maintenance & Risk (M&R) budgeting process and the Operational Insurance Strategy
* Assist in data collection, reporting, and coordination across departments such as Engineering, Finance, and Legal
* Contribute to the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Engage in team projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of operational risk and assisting with cross-functional activities
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, and our operations are covered by, among other things, rules related to protective security, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore carry out security clearance of all positions and complement with register control for security classified positions, according to the Protection Security Act. Uniper is part of Sweden´s vital societal functions and critical infrastructure which is why this position may be subject to wartime placement. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.
Your profile
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Initial experience or strong interest in risk management, budgeting, or interdisciplinary collaboration
* Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
* Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on organizational needs
