Backed by over 30 years of expertise and more than 10,500 colleagues worldwide, we drive zero‑defect quality and continuous process improvement from prototype build‑up to warranty management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited toFull profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned business unitsDevelopment and maintenance of operational business plans, including labor hours, production costs, cycle times, and program requirementsContributing to business strategy development and supporting R&D initiatives for new and emerging products/servicesAnalyzing and preparing financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and forecasts to support strategic decision-makingEstablishing and maintaining quality control standards, cost controls, and delivery timelines in line with customer requirementsSupporting the development of comprehensive process plans: personnel, materials, subcontractors, tooling, facilities, and equipmentEnsuring achievement of all cost, quality, and delivery targetsReviewing operational reports and leading the resolution of issues to minimize costs and avoid delaysPerforming key administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including compiling and analyzing production dataDefining team responsibilities and aligning organizational structure to meet business objectivesLeading, training, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across assigned teamsLeadership ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Director will lead the operations of the assigned region, overseeing all aspects of business performance.
