What you can expect
* As part of the agile Data Science/ML team, you’ll be responsible for software development around machine learning.
* You can expect a broad range of topics such as recommender systems, intelligent search, image and text classification, and time‑series forecasting. We use both classical machine learning approaches as well as deep learning and generative AI.
* You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the implementation and operationalization of our data‑driven projects based on modern MLOps concepts, both on‑premise and in the cloud.
* Large datasets from a global online marketplace with over 350,000 daily users, waiting to be explored further.
What sets you apart
* You’re familiar with Python machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and are also comfortable with SQL and object‑oriented programming.
* CNNs, NLP, and SVMs are familiar territory for you.
* Ideally, beyond theoretical knowledge, you’ve already run machine learning systems in production. Nice to have: Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Snowflake.
* You enjoy working autonomously, prototyping, and applying AI to create real value.
* Proactive thinking, teamwork, and self‑motivation are among your strengths.
