About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for managing all legal matters related to real estate law, corporate law, labor law, data protection, and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all legal matters with a focus on real estate law, corporate law, labor law, data protection, and regulatory affairs
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal best practices across the company
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Lead risk management initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks
* Provide legal support in labor and employment matters, ensuring alignment with company policies
* Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including commercial, partnership, employee and vendor contracts
Requirements:
* 3+ years of legal experience within an international and fast-paced context, ideally in both law firm and in-house counsel settings
* German Second State Exam and ideally admission to the bar
* Perfectly fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Proven track record of advising on complex legal matters in fast-paced, international environments
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in high-stakes situations
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in working autonomously and leading legal strategies with limited oversight
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
