Your Mission: As Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you'll drive the strategy execution behind product and service launches. You’ll align strategy with concrete goals, empower cross-functional teams with comprehensive market intelligence, define multi market launch roadmaps, and ensure every initiative lands with impact. This is a key strategic role with a strong operational core—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of planning, innovation, and execution. Aufgaben What You'll Work On: Develop and execute comprehensive international GTM strategies and project plans. Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to inform product positioning and pricing. Collaborate with teams across product, sales, business development, and marketing to align goals and workflows. Manage timelines, track KPIs, and ensure seamless, timely launches. Conduct in-depth market benchmarking and customer insight research, including segmentation, persona creation, and customer discovery. Lead cross-functional alignment across departments including product, legal, content, finance, and operations. Monitor and report on launch progress using clearly defined KPIs and success metrics. Qualifikation What You Bring: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field. Proven strategic thinking with a data-driven, analytical approach. Strong project management and team collaboration skills. Solid experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and tools like Excel, Power BI (app-based business experience a plus). Proficiency with CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce). Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in German and English; Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to occasionally work onsite in Hamburg.
