* Adjustments within RFO Master according to a specific process and in coordination with major stakeholders ensure timely completion and accuracy.
* Reconciliations during fast-close production with the accounting department facilitate seamless integration and error-free results.
* Computation of Credit Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) based on Basel III framework provides essential insights into capital adequacy ratio (pillar I).
* Production of Expected Credit Losses (ECL) according to IRFS9 standards enables informed decision-making and strategic planning.
* Internal reporting regarding data quality and RWA/ECL evolution promotes transparency and accountability.
* RWA and ECL simulations provide valuable insights into potential risks and opportunities.
* Action as expert regarding RWA and ECL subjects for the Bank in coordination with Risk Management department enhances knowledge sharing and expertise.
* Ensuring ECL/RWA computation process meets various deadlines demonstrates organizational skills and time management.
* Gathering and planning effectively numerous tasks among team and exchange calendar with stakeholders showcases collaboration and teamwork.
* Anticipating before end of quarter points to be addressed/solved/improved highlights proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
* Closing collaboration with data owners/IT teams/stakeholders facilitates smooth workflow and resolves issues efficiently.
* Monitoring data quality, addressing each issue discovered at each step, and implementing action plan to solve issue via correction in 'roadbook' ensures RWA and ECL correctness.
* Performing analysis and explanations on quarterly RWA and ECL variations enhances understanding and informs strategic decisions.
* Acting as expert on ECL and RWA calculation in Bank reinforces credibility and expertise.
* Continuously improving IT controls' framework demonstrates commitment to excellence and innovation.
* Understanding transformation flows of data (run/push/push backs ensures seamless integration and accurate results.

* Providing RWA and ECL simulations for all business lines (Luxembourg Market & CIB, Wealth Management and Financial Markets) enhances knowledge sharing and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of five years of higher education/master in Finance/Business Administration or relevant field.
* At least three years of banking/audit experience in Risk Management, Finance, or Audit.
* Knowledge of CRR2 and/or IFRS 9 regulations.
* Strong appetite for coding and tinkering with data in software.
* Proficiency in Moody's Risk Authority tool (RAY), DataIku, Python, SQL.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and share knowledge.
