Your Responsibilities IT setup of workstations (installing operating systems and software and their updates), onboarding and training at the workstations, as well as handling error reports and implementation issues, including potential repair and replacement work (first-level and second-level support at the central PC help desk). User support here also involves exploring various approaches without predefined standards. Providing assistance with issues and questions regarding the use of the PC pool, media consoles, and projectors, including the care and maintenance of the corresponding equipment.
