Lead Audit Engagement Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced audit engagement leader to oversee complex engagements, manage client relationships and foster collaboration among team members.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to international clients, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
* They will lead teams during field work, guarantee profitability of engagements, and monitor budgets while promoting the company's services at external events.
* A master's degree in economics, management, or business administration is required, with an option in audit or control being a plus. A certified public accountant qualification in Luxembourg is also necessary.
* The successful candidate must have at least 8 years' experience auditing statutory and consolidated accounts (Lux GAAP and IFRS), demonstrating recognized leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with audit partners to deliver high-quality services to international clients;
2. Organize and supervise audit engagements, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines;
3. Lead teams during field work, fostering collaboration and expertise among team members;
4. Guarantee the profitability of engagements and monitor budgets;

6. Develop and maintain technical expertise, participating in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives;

Requirements:
* Master's degree in economics, management, or business administration;
* Qualification as a certified public accountant in Luxembourg;
* At least 8 years' experience auditing statutory and consolidated accounts (Lux GAAP and IFRS);
