Bachelor's degree in a science-related field 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of quality control and GMP, preferably in the biotech sector 5+ years of experience in a leadership role strong sense of responsibility toward people, processes, internal and external customers, and timelines fluency in German and English interpersonal and leadership skills agility and strong communication skills
