For our legal department we are looking for a person who will assist the EMEIA Legal Department in its missions to support business and protect and serve the interests of the company through the management of legal matters along with the development of appropriate internal processes, documents and trainings and provide high quality administrative support to the Legal Team.
Your main responbilities will be the following:
* Support internal customers with processes for complying with procedures on agreements (HCOs, Distribution,...) on an ongoing basis and through all applicable tools: trainings, clarifications, templates, etc.;
* Prepare specific projects in collaboration with the sales team (assignment, termination, new distributor, consignment, sales terms, tenders, etc.);
* Corporate matters: review and draft documents for corporate management; support development of corporate entities in cooperation with Finance and Management; provide administrative support for related activities;
* Provide high quality administrative support to the Legal Team (filing of documents/contracts, updating of templates, drafting letters, etc.)
* Responsible for ensuring timely data input and ensure accuracy of the Contract Database both in terms of data and uploaded documents, archiving, etc.
* Responsible for maintaining the paper filing system updated at all times.
* Review and provide support to internal training and presentation.
If you have the following experience, knowledge and skills, don't hesitate to apply:
* Bachelor (faculty of law or similar).
* At least 2 years working experience in a legal department or an international environment.
* Previous experience in an international healthcare company an asset.
* Knowledge of data privacy would be highly considered.
* Fluent English and German (both oral and written).
* Independent, autonomous, meticulous, paying attention to details and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
* Previous experience with automated workflows and database design/support (SAP, Cobblestones) would be a plus.
