They are now searching for a Field Service Engineer - Plasma Technologies to add to their growing team of specialists!TasksAdvise customers as a technical specialist to resolve issues related to system and process engineeringPrevent production interruptions by implementing preventive maintenance, managing spare-part inventories and driving modernization measuresInspect and record safety-critical installations, ensuring all documentation meets the relevant standardsAssist with service order workflows by providing technical input for quotations and proposalsCommission equipment on-site and guarantee reliable, trouble-free operation at customer locationsDeliver application training and provide hands-on support so customers can use systems efficientlyAct as the primary technical contact for customer queries, coordinating solutions with internal teams to deliver the best outcomeProfileCompleted degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent vocational qualification (e.G., state-certified technician).
