Procurement Specialist
This role focuses on both digital and procurement aspects, supporting various business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and testing of new digital projects within General Procurement.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and Marketing teams, following their guidelines.
* Conduct market research and analysis, particularly related to Point-of-Sale materials.
* Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Verify suppliers' compliance with internal policies.
* Implement vendor risk management procedures.
* Prepare RFPs for multi-area tenders.
* Provide specific support to international regions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement databases.
* Create purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts (GRs).
* Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operational workflow.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and local procurement teams.
* Establish effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
