In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our global Facility Management Strategy to life at the regional level. Together, we will ensure that our properties and sites in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are managed efficiently, used sustainably, and continuously developed. In doing so, you will help us create modern, safe, and inspiring workplaces for our employees – while advancing both our business and sustainability goals.
The CoE-FM team is newly established, offering you the exciting opportunity to actively help shape and build this area from the ground up. In this role, you will also enjoy regular collaboration with the global FM team, gaining valuable exposure and experience.

Your tasks
* Development of Performance Management Strategies, based on our FM Contract
* Project Management Activities to optimize the management of our FM Service Providers and the User Experience of our FM Service Delivery
* Strategy Development for the FM Services Portfolio of the region
* Further development of our FM contracts, taking into account market and technology developments
Your profile
* Minimum Bachelor/Master Graduation in field of Logistics / SCM, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Economy, Facility Management or Real Estate before April 1st, 2026
* First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Facility Management or Real Estate, internships in companies with more the 100 employees
* Fluent English skills; fluent German skills
* Office 365, MS Power Tools, SAP, PowerBI of advantage, Experience with AI Tools
* Strong communication skills, proactive, analytical problem-solver with focus on solutions, goal-oriented and results-driven, collaborative team player, flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments, open-minded and eager to learn
