We’re looking for a Founders Associate Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) to join us from January 2026. This is a high-exposure, generalist role where you’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team across multiple projects – from business operations to sales initiatives – and help us scale our impact in the skilled trades sector.
Responsibilities
* Support the founders and leadership team in day-to-day business operations and high-priority initiatives
* Contribute to B2B/B2C sales efforts for our partner businesses, including lead research and outreach
* Dive into special projects in operations, recruiting, product, or growth – depending on your strength
* Prepare materials, presentations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
* Help improve internal processes, automations, and tools
* Be a flexible problem solver and hands-on teammate who’s excited to jump in wherever needed
What you bring
* Fluent in German (C2 level)
* You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to learn across multiple areas of a fast-growing startup
* Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to tackle new challenges every week
* Strong communicator, team player, and proactive problem solver
* Experience in sales, operations, or startups is a plus
