Hauptaufgaben:
* Umfassende Marken- und Store-Verantwortung
* Verkauf hochwertiger und exklusiver Kollektionen
* Kompetente und professionelle Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Kunden
* Erreichung der Umsatzziele sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Store Mitarbeiter
* Regelmäßige, proaktive, enge Feedbackprozesse mit dem Retail Manager
* Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts- und Kassensystem sowie Kassenverantwortung
* Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes
* Überwachung der Einhaltung betrieblicher Organisationsrichtlinien
* Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising Richtlinien und optimale Warenpräsentation
* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen, organisatorischen Ablauf im Store
