&##128188; Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ownership of monthly reporting and performance analysis (P&L, Working Capital, Capex, etc.)
Development and coordination of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
Conducting profitability calculations, ad-hoc analyses, and supporting special projects
Acting as a financial sparring partner to senior management and operational leads
Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external audits
&##127919; Candidate Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Finance/Controlling
Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a controlling or financial analysis role
Sound knowledge of HGB and ideally IFRS accounting standards
Proficiency with BI tools (ideally IBM Cognos TM1), ERP systems ( MS Dynamics 365 preferred), and Excel
Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
