Medical Director at National Center of Pathology

Job Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Strategy
o Develop the department's strategy, aligning with the institution's vision and objectives;
o Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary initiatives and shared resources;
o Establish key performance indicators to monitor departmental performance and ensure strategic alignment;
* Medical Expertise
o Organize and oversee routine and specialized analysis in pathological anatomy, including advanced techniques in macroscopy, cytology, histology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular biology;
o Design and evaluate new testing methodologies;
o Verify medical reports for quality and compliance with medical standards;
* Research and Teaching
o Formulate a research strategy for the National Center of Pathology, initiating projects aligned with the institution's interests;
Required Qualifications:
* Doctorate in Medicine (MD) with specialization in Anatomical Pathology;
* A minimum of 10 years' experience as a medical specialist in Anatomical Pathology, with demonstrated leadership expertise;
* Ability to devise and implement long-term plans that align with organizational goals while effectively managing teams;
