Your tasks
In this key position, you will drive forward the modernization of the site and ensure the technical availability of the infrastructure:
6. Project development: independent definition and management of sub-projects (e.g. digitalization, process optimization) in infrastructural FM.
7. Compliance & Energy: Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, in particular the Building Energy Act (GEG) and relevant standards.
8. Maintenance management: Responsibility for planning and managing maintenance and repair work on building technology.
9. Service provider management: Coordination, operational management and quality control of external partners and specialist companies.
10. Technology innovation: Active support in the planning and implementation of new systems and pioneering technologies.
11. Performance monitoring: Development and introduction of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change.

Your profile
You combine technical know-how with a structured way of working and the desire to get things moving:
14. Qualifications: Degree in facility management, industrial engineering, supply engineering or HVAC technician/master craftsman.
15. Expertise: Sound knowledge of technical and infrastructural FM (energy efficiency, building technology, fire protection).
16. Business mindset: Strong business management skills, especially in cost-benefit controlling and budget planning.
17. Digital affinity: Confident use of digital tools for process control and a high affinity for IT.
18. System knowledge: Basic knowledge of SAP and ideally experience with the Google Workspace environment.
