What You'll Be Doing
As a Full Stack Developer, the successful candidate will contribute to the full product development lifecycle, from feature ideation to deployment, in close collaboration with Product, Design, and fellow engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing new end-to-end features across frontend and backend for a growing SaaS platform
* Designing, building, and integrating REST APIs; optimizing existing services for performance and scalability
* Ensuring high code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
* Modeling, maintaining, and tuning MongoDB databases
* Contributing to technical architecture decisions and cloud deployment pipelines
* Collaborating in an agile, fast-moving environment alongside Product and UX/UI
* Sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement across the team
What the Ideal Candidate Brings
Must-haves:
* 2–3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
* Strong TypeScript skills
* Solid proficiency with Vue or React, Node.js/Express, and MongoDB
* Native or near-native German communication skills (C1/C2) - this is a firm requirement
Nice to have:
* Experience with Tailwind CSS
* Familiarity with the full MEVN stack
* Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
A university degree is not required, hands-on experience and the ability to ship quality code are what count.

Team Structure
The successful candidate will join a team of 4 developers, working alongside a Product Manager and UX/UI Designer. The role reports directly to the CTO and Co-Founder, with short decision-making paths and regular direct feedback.
