Your role in our team
:
1. Actively support a dynamic team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects that shape our purchasing performance
2. Assist in development, review and updating of reports and analyses
3. Support the budgeting and target-setting processes, gaining insights into financial performance within the purchasing function
4. Research on analysis and reporting requirements in accordance with market developments
5. Get a 360° perspective of the entire purchasing organization
6. Experience a collaborative environment while working with diverse stakeholders, enhancing your understanding of the broader purchasing landscape
7. With 15-20 working hours your week is well balanced to synchronize your studies with the application of your knowledge in the business world.
8. As CLAAS Inside, you will work at least for two or two and a half days during your semester on interesting tasks that have an impact on the purchasing organization at CLAAS. You also have the flexibility to sometimes work from home.
9. During your semester vacation, you can increase your working hours to dive even deeper into your projects.
10. During the monthly „CLAAS StudentTalk“, you will get the opportunity to have an exchange with other interns and employees of CLAAS. A perfect opportunity to extend your network and learn about other functions.
Your profile:
11. You study Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a purchasing-related field and you are motivated to apply your theoretical knowledge in the business and purchasing related context
12. First relevant experience e.g. through previous internships or similar roles preferably
13. Good language skills in English and German are essential to ensure that you can communicate in an international context
14. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
15. You like to perform independently and reliable
