Key Responsibilities

We are looking for our next Sales Enterprise Director in Germany to lead our local teams to great things! you will be tasked with directly managing the local teams (Major and Strategic Sales). In this key role you will have the opportunity to influence employees, business partners and end customers alike, while making sure that our market share in the local cybersecurity landscape keeps growing. If you are a natural-born leader, we want you on our side!

Responsibilities Will Include

Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and foster strong engagements with end-users, collaborating effectively with sales and presales teams.

Market Intelligence Development: Spearhead the development of local market intelligence, staying ahead of competitive trends for effective take-out strategies.

Pipeline Management: Lead the generation and management of the pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals, and refresh cycles.

Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets for the teams.

Team Development: Coach and develop the teams, leveraging your leadership skills to enhance their performance.

Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Regional VP and their management team to align strategies and goals.

Qualifications


* Sales Expertise: At least 8-10 years of successful experience in IT enterprise sales, including at least 5 years in a Sales Director/Country Manager role managing through at least two layers of management
* Proven Leadership: Demonstrated leadership success in sales, including effective customer recruitment.
* Executive-Level Engagement: Ability to organize and lead C-Level meetings, fostering strategic partnerships.
* Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a methodical, sales-driven approach.
* Results-Driven: A proven, result-oriented, and action-driven approach.
* Security Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the security market, competitors, and solutions, preferably with a background in cybersecurity.
