Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Hybrid/Remote - Germany
A long-standing partner of SAP who drive innovation and deliver large-scale SAP transformations for leading organisations across industries is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to strengthen the SAP HR team.
The role:
* Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors workstreams within complex SAP S/4HANA and transformation programs
* Define strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery
* Work closely with the customer - workshops and demos
* Take part in business development and presales
* Stakeholder collaboration
The requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors area
* Experience in Employee Central
* Travel willingness
* Good language skills in English and German
* Residence in Germany
