You will be responsible for developing Cafeyn B2B offers across the DACH Marke and across multiple verticals such as Employee Benefits / Corporate Benefits, Education, Libraries, Corporates.
Refine and localize Cafeyn’s B2B value proposition for the German market, ensuring.
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead negotiations with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Legal, Management), drive pricing, contract terms, and commercial structure, bring deals to signature with high autonomy and accountability, act as the primary closer for the DACH region.
This is a hands-on, results-driven senior sales role, requiring a mix of commercial hunting skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, ideally in digital media, SaaS, subscription platforms, content or technology businesses
~ Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders (HR / People & Culture / Benefits teams, Procurement, Legal, Management, IT)
~ Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
~ Fluent in German & English;
