About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and nurture existing relationships with our clients. This key position involves building trust, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand existing client relationships
* Foster strong connections with clients to understand their preferences and offer relevant products and services
* Ensure seamless execution of client instructions to maintain high service standards
* Organize events and initiatives to attract new clients and enhance existing relationships
* Stay abreast of market developments and ensure alignment with the bank's investment strategy
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking, focusing on Danish High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
* Proven track record in business development and relationship management
* Expertise in Private Banking/Wealth Management products and services
* Relevant degree education and/or certifications such as CFA/CAIA/CISI
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
* High level of integrity and ethics
* Strong negotiation skills
* Fluency in English and Danish languages
* Client-centric approach with a focus on results
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
* Williness to travel
