Pengu has become the biggest AI character app with its own IP in the US and Europe. Tasks Create viral content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive downloads and brand awareness. Manage social media accounts and posting schedules, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Actively engage with the community on Discord, gathering feedback, identifying bugs, and fostering conversations. Reach out to and manage relationships with creators, collaborating on campaigns to boost engagement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute aligned campaigns. Track social media trends and performance, optimizing strategies for growth and engagement. Organize community events and provide regular reports on user insights and content performance. Requirements Passionate about social media, trends, and youth culture, with a deep understanding of what resonates with Gen Z and young adults. Experience working in a fast-paced, focused, and disciplined environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Ability to adapt to evolving trends, creating content that feels fresh and relevant to the community. Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with creators and community members.
