Senior Corporate Officer – In-House Role, Autonomy & International Exposure
My client is an international investment-driven organisation, operating through several offices across Europe and managing a diversified portfolio of corporate and investment structures. The Luxembourg office is deliberately small, allowing for a lean organisation, direct communication and a high level of individual responsibility.
This is a 100% in-house position, with no time sheets, where the focus is placed on quality of work, ownership of files and respect of deadlines, rather than volume or billable hours. The role offers constant interaction with international teams, providing genuine cross-border exposure while preserving the advantages of a human-sized working environment.
As part of a reinforcement of the corporate function, the organization is now looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Officer capable of managing a portfolio independently and contributing to a stable, long-term set-up.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate – In-House – Advisory
* Manage the full corporate lifecycle of a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, from incorporation to liquidation.
* Handle all corporate governance matters, including Board and Shareholders’ Meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes.
* Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register.
* Draft and review standard corporate documentation (articles of association, intragroup agreements, simple loan agreements).
* Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders such as banks, notaries and advisors.
* Ensure strict monitoring of deadlines and compliance requirements, with full ownership of files.
* Work closely with international teams across other European offices daily.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – In-House – Advisory
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, gained in-house, within a fiduciary or a corporate services provider.
* Fluent English is mandatory, as it is the main working language.
* Spanish is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
* Proven ability to work independently, managing a portfolio without close supervision.
* Strong organisational skills, reliability and attention to deadlines.
* Hands-on, operational mindset, comfortable in a flat structure with limited hierarchy.
* Willingness to commit to a stable, long-term position.
