About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Office Manager (m/f/d/), who will take the lead on our entity in Bochum (on-site).
Key Responsibilities
As Office Manager (m/f/d/) you’ll be responsible for
1. Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
2. Manage office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
3. Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
4. Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff.
5. Create and manage office budgets, ensuring all employees adhere to it, including price lists for products and services.
6. Interview and train new office employees and organize their employment paperwork.
7. Coordinate and schedule technical training sessions for customers and staff.
8. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
9. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups, including monthly sales reports.
Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:
10. Proven experience as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or within similar role.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
12. Very good knowledge of German and English
13. Proficiency in data analysis.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
14. Familiarity with enterprise software and marketing tools is a plus.
