Head of it support (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• The primary objective of this role is to take over the leadership and coordination of the IT team
  
• Managing and developing a team of approximately 10 IT professionals
• Overseeing IT operations and support services
• Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Information Security
• Supporting IT strategy development and execution
• Handling topics such as licensing, governance, and compliance
• Ensuring efficient use and administration of collaboration and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Slack, Jira)

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Strong experience in IT management and team leadership
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (minimum requirement)
• Experience with IT governance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks
• A proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English
