Their legal team is looking for a skilled Senior Employment Lawyer / Employee Relations Counsel.
Provide strategic, risk-based legal counsel on hiring, terminations, employee rights, pay transparency and global expansion.
Efficiently and effectively resolve legal disputes, working closely with HR and external counsel.
Partner with HR to create and implement global initiatives.
Conduct and advise on confidential internal investigations.
Collaborate to streamline processes related to creating and updating policies, employment-related agreements, and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Ideally you have worked for an international company and it's essential that you are fluent in English.
You are a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and managing multiple projects at once.
You have a global, agile, and curious mindset and an ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve complex problems.
