Your tasks
1. Review customers’ specifications, further legal / statutory requirements (Q related) and compare to VH standards aiming to identify main relationships and differences (if any), ensure proper requirements' management and compliance.
2. Review / issue project-specific Quality Plans and documentation (e.g.: Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS).
3. Support the development of project-specific sourcing & manufacturing strategies and schedules, ensuring that all relevant quality activities and requirements are considered and consistent to the strategies.
4. Support, facilitate, review and release project-specific Design & Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, ensuring proper method application, risk analysis & classification, actions definition and their implementation.
5. Ensure through process audits & verifications within VH (e.g., at Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Services) and based on project-specific data analysis that quality is being incorporated in processes.
6. Drive, support, and facilitate continuous improvement activities within VH (e.g., at Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Services) based on project-specific data analysis.
7. Monitor the Project Quality Budget and to inform the Project Manager and the Project Quality Manager accordingly (e.g. compliance with SFC value; proceeding in case of deviations.
Your profile
8. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, as applicable) or equivalent.
9. Relevant work experience in Quality Management & Quality Engineering. Experience with Hydro MEGA / Complex Projects are an advantage.
10. Relevant professional experience and knowledge in business processes as well as in non-quality functions like Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing.
11. 1st (Internal) and 2nd (Supplier) party auditor qualification acc. ISO. Certification as Lead Auditor is an advantage.
12. Qualification in electrical, dimensional, NDT testing, Good Lean Management is an advantage.
13. English fluent, written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
14. Strong analytical expertise as well as result-oriented, solution-driven (pragmatic) and customer oriented working principle.
15. Experienced and willingness to work and cooperate in cross-functional teams.
