Job Description
* Serve as the primary contact for our partner, managing daily communication and resolving issues.
* Monitor key metrics, including order volumes, to ensure optimal performance.
* Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Commercial, Supply Chain, Tech, Data) to drive operational improvements and implement new projects or process enhancements.
* Provide leadership with regular performance insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in key account management, project management, or a similar role.
* Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and resolve issues efficiently.
* Clear communicator who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
* Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and performance tracking.
* Experience with Excel/Gsheets and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI, Looker or Tableau) is required.
* Experience in identifying inefficiencies and optimizing processes to improve performance.
* Works well in a team, building strong relationships across different functions.
