Your Tasks:
1. You are responsible for the strategic and operational managment and development of international campaigns and are in direct customer contact (virtual and on site)
2. Successes and challenges are communicated regularly with your team lead and the customer
3. Planning, implementation and evaluation of search, shopping, display, video and app campaigns
4. Budget responsibility, compliance with target and budget specifications, quality assurance
5. Conception, implementation and evaluation of A / B / N and multivariate tests, making recommendations for action
6. Creation and presentation of campaign reports and analyzes, market and competition analyzes, etc.
7. In order to carry out tasks as efficiently as possible, you are in close contact with your team lead and an interdisciplinary team of experts
8. You hand over standardizable and complex tasks to the operations team, so that you can focus on customer care
Your Requirements:
9. Mulit-year of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in search engine marketing (with operational expertise)
10. Customer-centered way of thinking, pronounced solution orientation, convincing and confident appearance
11. In-depth knowledge of using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, existing certifications would be an advantage
12. Advanced English skills and willingness to work in an international environment
13. German language skills (at least level C2) are also required
