We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Leadership Development Partner (f/m/d) to design and scale innovative leadership programs that empower managers and leaders across the organization.
In this role, you will translate business strategy and company values into practical leadership frameworks, tools, and development experiences that elevate leadership effectiveness at every level.
Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
1. Design and implement a Leadership Competencies Framework aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
2. Develop and manage ° Leadership Behavior Assessments to generate actionable development insights
3. Create and maintain a Manager Enablers Playbook supporting day-to-day leadership excellence
4. Design, pilot, and scale leadership development programs, including: Newly Promoted Manager Programs, Manager Fundamentals Training, End-to-End Leadership Development Journeys
5. Integrate existing tools and platforms into leadership and talent development practices
6. Translate company values and leadership principles into practical frameworks, behaviors, and development tools
7. Design and deliver Intercultural Awareness Programs to foster effective cross-country collaboration
8. Leverage coaching platforms such as Sharpist to expand leadership coaching opportunities
9. Use data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously optimize leadership programs
10. Manage projects end-to-end: from concept and design through pilot, evaluation, and organizational rollout
11. Support additional Learning & Talent Management initiatives as needed
Your Profile
12. Business-minded HR or Talent Development professional with a strong impact orientation
13. Degree in Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, HR, or related field
14. Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development systems in entrepreneurial or fast-paced environments
15. Deep expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles
16. Strong experience managing complex leadership development programs
17. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and recommendations
18. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency, scalability, and participant experience
19. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
20. Strong ability to translate organizational values and principles into practical leadership behaviors
21. Fluent in English and French or German
