Tasks
Customer Experience
* Create a welcoming environment by proactively greeting and assisting customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Build genuine relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
* Develop comprehensive product knowledge, including fits, fabrics, finishes, and construction
Sales & Commercial Performance
* Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
* Maximize sales opportunities through product recommendations and cross-selling
* Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing at all times
Store Operations
* Ensure all stock is accurately represented on the sales floor and replenished as needed
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Ensure all products are correctly priced and security tagged
* Operate the POS system competently and accurately
* Process cash and card payments in accordance with company procedures, ensuring till accuracy
* Check and process deliveries efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
* Update customer information in the company database when required
Compliance & Responsibility
* Take responsibility for personal health and safety, as well as the well-being of colleagues and customers
* Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Profile
The Sales Associate contributes to the achievement of store KPIs by delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting efficient store operations.
This role plays a key part in maintaining and strengthening the brand image through professional presentation, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
The Sales Associate inspires customers by embodying the brand’s fashion and lifestyle identity and by confidently presenting its products
