The IT Group Functions (IT GF) division is responsible for all requests related to the information and technology needs of the Corporate Center (VV, V5 and V6), the GBS Service Lines and CSI, in order to drive their digital transformation. IT GF maximizes value for its business partners by providing transformation programs, IT applications and IT architectures that are integrated, innovative and cost‑efficient. The “IT Finance” department drives key digitalization and transformation projects to optimize financial and corporate processes.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
Program Management Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
* Responsibility for program management of business‑critical, global IT projects (e.g., digitalization and automation of business processes, transformation of existing or introduction of new IT solutions) for the Finance Domain areas Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax, including coordination with the Steering Committee and relevant stakeholders (EVPs and VPs from the central units Corporate Treasury (CD64) and Corporate Tax (CD66)).
o Development and implementation of an effective program strategy to achieve project goals
o Monitoring and evaluation of project progress and reporting to the Steering Committee
o Functional leadership of a domain team within the department as well as additional staff within the projects
* Responsibility for IT demand management for the Finance Domain areas Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of the IT requirements of these business units
* Consulting and support for internal stakeholders ((ZB 64) and (ZB 66)) in further developing their IT strategy, and responsibility for group‑wide IT products with a finance focus regarding design, technology and concept
* Market monitoring and trend analyses to shape business‑specific IT demand trends and projects within the IT strategy, as well as developing and implementing solutions for projects across various disciplines while taking the business requirements of the company into account
o Preparation of decision papers for the Senior Management Team (SMT) regarding the direction and further development of the IT GF strategy
o Benchmarking and evaluation of IT demand trends to identify improvement potential
* Ensuring compliance with IT governance policies and standards, particularly for the IT applications and services used
o Close alignment with senior‑level business partners
* Development, management and control of budget planning and monitoring for IT demand projects
* Management of internal and external development teams to define, ensure and further develop the functionality and features of product solutions in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
o Conducting regular alignments and reviews with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, security departments, etc.
o Ensuring that IT products meet requirements regarding compliance, security and data protection
o Responsibility for establishing support processes (incident, problem, change management, etc.) to ensure the operational running of IT applications
Professional Qualifications:
* Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration/economics or a comparable qualification
* Many years of professional experience in an IT environment
* Extensive experience in requirements management of complex, high‑explanation IT products and their architecture
* Solid knowledge in IT project management (PRINCE2) and IT budget planning
* Experience in managing internal and external service providers
* Good knowledge of IT security, ITIL, CoBIT5, TOGAF and CISM
* Knowledge of IT governance and compliance regulations
* In‑depth knowledge and practical experience in SAP Finance, Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax
* Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP‑based financial systems and processes
* Business‑fluent German and English
