Project & Change Management Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple international sites. Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Maintenance Management, Engineering Management or related field. Extensive experience in plant maintenance and maintenance planning within regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences). Proven track record in defining and implementing maintenance processes (Level 3 to Level 5) and IT rollouts. Experience in designing, testing, and implementing IT templates using S/4 HANA or comparable non-SAP solutions. Demonstrated success working on global transformation projects, managing processes across multiple production sites. Expertise in (master) data management, including data governance, data cleansing and data migration processes, demonstrated in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or a similarly regulated industry. Experience with condition-based maintenance or predictive maintenance concepts is a significant advantage. Deep understanding of maintenance planning methodologies and best practices in regulated environments. Strong technical skills related to IT system implementation and integration within a maintenance context, especially SAP Enterprise Asset Management. Familiar with change management, project management tools, and process optimization techniques. Understanding of processes integrated into plant maintenance, especially spare part management, purchasing and controlling.
