1. Develop and execute WRC’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and audience engagement Lead and inspire integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across digital, social and traditional platforms Work closely with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships, partnerships and revenue objectives Ensure consistent storytelling and brand presence across all channels Use data and creative insights to optimise campaigns and drive performance indicators Identify new trends in digital, fan engagement and sports entertainment
2. Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Commercial/Sales Create high-impact pitch decks, presentations and value propositions for sponsors and broadcasters Support Sales teams in partner meetings and pitches with immersive narratives paired with KPIs, measurable sales propositions and sales modules Translate brand strategy into commercially convincing arguments that help partners understand the value of WRC and the value transfer they obtain 7+ years of experience in marketing within sports, entertainment, events, or media Proven ability to build and execute impactful marketing strategies Strong background in sports marketing Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills Experience working closely with Sales/Commercial teams on pitches and partner communication Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles within sports, events, entertainment, or media industries.
5. Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
6. Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
8. Excellent communication, storytelling, brand messaging, and project management skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
10. Travel 20-30%
