RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

o Develop and execute WRC’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and audience engagement
o Lead and inspire integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across digital, social and traditional platforms
o Work closely with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships, partnerships and revenue objectives
o Ensure consistent storytelling and brand presence across all channels
o Use data and creative insights to optimise campaigns and drive performance indicators
o Identify new trends in digital, fan engagement and sports entertainment

o Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Commercial/Sales
o Create high-impact pitch decks, presentations and value propositions for sponsors and broadcasters
o Support Sales teams in partner meetings and pitches with immersive narratives paired with KPIs, measurable sales propositions and sales modules
o Translate brand strategy into commercially convincing arguments that help partners understand the value of WRC and the value transfer they obtain
o 7+ years of experience in marketing within sports, entertainment, events, or media
o Proven ability to build and execute impactful marketing strategies
o Strong background in sports marketing
o Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
o Experience working closely with Sales/Commercial teams on pitches and partner communication
o Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment
EXPERIENCE

that matter most for this role:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles within sports, events, entertainment, or media industries.
* Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
* Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Excellent communication, storytelling, brand messaging, and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Travel 20-30%
