RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develop and execute WRC’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and audience engagement.
o Lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
o Work closely with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue objectives.
o Oversee the creation of engaging content, storytelling, and brand activations that captivate fans and commercial stakeholders alike.

o Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling partner and sponsorship activations that enhance brand visibility and partner value.
o Develop co-branded campaigns with sponsors and broadcasters, ensuring seamless integration into WRC’s global marketing efforts.
o Strengthen relationships with media outlets, trade partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify WRC’s presence across motorsport and entertainment platforms.

o Stay ahead of industry trends, digital advancements, and fan engagement strategies to continuously evolve WRC’s marketing approach.
o Utilize audience insights and campaign data to optimise marketing strategies and improve performance.
o Collaborate with internal teams to turn research and insights into effective, data-driven marketing strategies.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles within sports, events, entertainment, or media industries.
* Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
* Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Excellent communication, storytelling, brand messaging, and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Travel 20-30%
