What are your tasks as an IT administrator?
Administration, maintenance and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD etc.)
Support of the IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, servers, security solutions)
User support for IT queries and support for users when using our IT solutions
Creating and maintaining IT documentation and training employees on IT topics
Harmonization of the hybrid IT environment in collaboration with external service providers
Manage IT workstations, e.g. for onboarding and offboarding
What do you bring to the table as an IT administrator?
Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of standard technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, file and print services and IT security
Experience in IT support and error analysis
Good communication skills in German and English and enjoy working with end users
Occasional willingness to travel to our German and Dutch locations
