To support our continued global growth we’re seeking a Global Campus Recruitment Lead to attract high-potential early career talent across key business units. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies across multiple regions, As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will guide talent acquisition efforts with a deep understanding of global campus trends, competitive positioning, and diversity hiring. Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with JD’s global expansion goals; monitor international market trends and competitor practices to ensure JD stays ahead in attracting top graduate talent.
- Forge strong partnerships with top-tier universities worldwide; maintain close ties with career services and student bodies to keep JD top-of-mind among future talent.
- Work cross-functionally with global HR stakeholders to drive collaboration, consistency, and results in international graduate hiring.
- Streamline and optimise JD’s global campus recruitment processes; Experienced in Campus or Early Careers Recruitment, in Candidate Attraction and Engagment.
- Focus on candidate experience and retention throughout process and post offer.
- Stakeholder Management experience - able to engage and inform hiring managers effectively.
- Relationship / Partnership management experience with Universities and Educational Institutions.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment within multinational companies, particularly in the internet, e-commerce, or logistics sectors, is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
