We are seeking a motivated young university graduate to join our Private Label division in Luxembourg. This role focuses on optimizing and automating business processes and supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, developing Copilot agents, and driving digital transformation within our B2B workflows.
Your missions :
* Identify automation opportunities across B2B workflows (sales, reporting, CRM, etc.).
* Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into Copilot use cases.
* Develop and deploy Copilot agents tailored to internal business processes.
* Train internal teams on Copilot usage and best practices.
* Monitor and optimize agent performance using feedback and analytics.
Your profile :
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Computer Science or Data Science
* You have a first experience in projects including generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio, Python or low-code/no code
* Being strong analytical thinking and problem solving
* Ability to understand B2B processes and identify automation opportunities
* Speaking English and German, French will be an asset
