Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical systems, including Air Abatement Systems (AAS), HVAC Systems, Cleanroom facilities, and equipment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facility adheres to the highest environmental protection standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
* Operate and control systems & equipment for Air Abatement Systems (AAS), HVAC, Cleanroom, Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC), Centralized and local Air Pollution Control.
* Monitor gauges, signals, and recording instruments to regulate temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to maintain critical limits.
* Perform standard diagnostics, monitor site performance indicators, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for interruptions or incidents.
* Carry out troubleshooting, emergency, and corrective maintenance and repair actions.
* Determine root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure systems operate within specifications.
* Record gauge readings, shift throughput, and equipment malfunctions.
* Inspect equipment and record tank levels and gauge readings.
* Ensure processing conditions and process output meet regulatory requirements and alert management of discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Eligible to work in Germany with availability for on-the-job training in Taiwan.
* Techincal degree or equivalent experience in building technology, utility systems, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a facilities, utilities, or mechanical-related role.
* Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with rotating shifts or on-call duties.
* Strong interest in mechanical, chemical, and electrical principles related to mechanical systems.
