System Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in their system environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* First- and second-level support: accepting, qualifying, and processing service cases
* Technical support of customers in their system environment
* Clear explanation of technical connections
* Management of managed services via cloud-based system management solutions
* Delivery of services by phone, remote access, and Microsoft Teams
* Maintenance of IT documentation
* Installation, update, and configuration of software solutions
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Windows Client and Server operating systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, monitoring, and network infrastructure
* Practical experience in support or management of managed services
* Ability to analyze and structure complex problems
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for using the latest technologies to make our customers future-proof
