Your Responsibilities
Act as primary technical contact for customers: specifications, feasibility, cost analysis, project planning, sampling, and validation
Manage projects with global development scope, mainly involving Asian Business Units
Support industrial segments such as white goods, lawn & garden, small appliances, coffee machines, data center cooling, and more
Identify the best technical solution together with Business Units, balancing performance, cost, competitiveness, and sustainability
Ensure customer requirements are fully reflected in BU developments
Support both single components and subsystem solutions
Work closely with Key Account Managers on growth plans, customer strategy, and opportunity development
Prepare and present technical concepts and offers to customers
Own customer R&D relationships and ensure a structured development and sales process
Maintain technical and commercial documentation (Salesforce, PDMS4)
Take full responsibility for small to mid-sized customers, including budget and growth planning
Your Profile
Degree in Engineering (electrical, electromechanical, or similar)
1–2 years of experience in Application Engineering, Project Development, or a similar role
Graduates with strong technical motivation are welcome
Fluent in English and German
Customer-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Structured, reliable, flexible, and eager to take ownership
Motivated to engage directly with customers and build long-term relationships
