Senior Business Analyst
The role of a Senior Business Analyst involves spearheading business intelligence initiatives, driving process improvements, and streamlining systems to maximize efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
* Analyzing current systems and processes to identify gaps, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
* Participating in the evaluation and selection of IT solutions and software products aligned with business objectives.
* Translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Supporting the implementation of IT solutions to ensure minimal disruption to production environments.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Fluent French and English language skills.
* A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PMBOK, etc.).
* Understanding of various application development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
* Experience integrating third-party solutions such as document management, case management, and identity management systems.
* Knowledge of software application development: databases, SQL/PL/SQL, Java, Web technologies.
* Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) concepts.
