Your profile:
* Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay implementation projects and ideally also (initial) experience in the Employee Central area
* Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay, ideally supplemented by further certifications
* Willingness to learn and curiosity
* Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their induction training
* High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
* Fluent German and good English skills
* Moderate willingness to travel
