The role
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of client-facing projects on behalf of Zühlke – from planning to execution. How you`ll make an impact
* Lead the delivery of complex technology and software projects and programmes specifically within the banking industry.
* Act as the primary delivery contact for our clients, representing Zühlke with professionalism, ownership and integrity.
* Ensure project success by managing scope, timelines, budgets and quality and by adapting delivery approaches to the client context (often agile).
* Build and lead cross-functional teams, empowering both Zühlke colleagues and client-side contributors.
* Drive customer value, ensuring outcomes are aligned with business goals and expectations.
* Support pre-sales and proposal work, contributing to delivery strategy, estimations and planning.
What`s important to us
* Several years of experience delivering complex software or technology projects, ideally in a consulting environment and with banking focus
* Solid knowledge of agile practices and a strong agile mindset.
* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trust-based client relationships.
* Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams indynamic environments with competing priorities.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* University degree (bachelor's or higher), ideally in a technical or business-related field.
* Project management or agile certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum), are a plus.
* Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills are required.
