About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Bilingual Recruiter (English/German) to support hiring efforts across multiple corporate functions within the manufacturing industry. This role is essential in identifying and attracting top talent for key business areas such as Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management .
The recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), as well as Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, and bring 3+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies for corporate positions.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
* Source passive talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
* Collaborate with HR and global talent acquisition teams to align with hiring plans across EMEA.
* Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for corporate functions within the manufacturing industry .
* Proven experience hiring across multiple disciplines such as Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management.
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
* Experience working across DACH, Belgium, Netherlands, and France is preferred.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment .
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
