Corporate Finance Leader
BDO Luxembourg, a global professional services firm, offers an extensive range of corporate finance services. As our Corporate Finance Manager, you will lead work streams on corporate finance services, including M&A, valuation, business modelling and due diligence assignments.
This position requires leading work streams on corporate finance services, preparing client reports and deliverables in multiple languages, guiding junior team members and pitching to clients.
* Lead work streams on corporate finance services including M&A, valuation, business modelling and due diligence assignments
* Prepare client reports and deliverables in French and English
* Guide and coach junior team members
* Pitch to clients and participate in presentations and workshops
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or transaction services
* Bachelor and Master's degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
* Relevant professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA
* Business acumen and ability to identify business development opportunities
* Fluency in English; French is considered an asset
