Responsibilities
* Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles, ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy and market benchmarks.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and drive the development of fair, transparent pay structures in collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.
* Own and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related EC structures, ensuring system readiness, high data quality, and continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
* Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (e.g., mobility, allowances), ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
* Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics, drive decision‑making, and deliver clear, structured communication while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
Qualifications
* Several (at least 6–8) years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global or regional role.
* Proven experience in managing or significantly contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
* Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
* Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus.
* Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modules.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
* Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
* Hands‑on, reliable, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to balance operational and strategic work.
* Business fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
