Regional Technology Partnership Manager
(m/f/d)

Level: Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential technology partners within the EMEA region, aligning with Belden's overall partnership strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations across EMEA
* Facilitate technical discussions and co-development initiatives between Belden's Solution Design team and partner engineering teams
* Work with Commercial teams to enable joint sales and marketing efforts, including co-presenting combined line cards, to drive regional joint solution revenue
* Provide regional market intelligence and feedback on partner effectiveness to the VP Technology Ecosystem Partnerships, ensuring regional activities align with global strategy
What you will bring:
* Education – A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
* Experience – (8+ years) in technology partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within the EMEA region
* Knowledge & skills – Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard technology partners, and to build and maintain strong relationships, strong technical understanding of partner offerings and the ability to facilitate technical integration and co-development initiatives
* Personality – Strategic, collaborative, proactive, strong communication, results-driven execution
* Willingness to travel – 25 % internationally
* Language proficiency – Fluency in English, any other major European language is advantageous
